Who Wins
- You lose most pre-6 trades due to his W-E combo dealing significant burst while you lack sustain, making the lane difficult until you get items and levels.
- Post-6 you become much stronger in all-ins with R, but his knockup chains and kiting potential still make extended fights challenging without proper positioning.
How to Trade
- Look for short trades with E in, auto-W-E out when his abilities are on cooldown, avoiding his W-E combo entirely.
- Build Fury on minions before engaging, and only commit to extended trades post-6 when you have R available and can stick to him through his Q slows.
Wave Control
- Focus on farming safely and avoiding his poke, accepting CS deficits early rather than taking bad trades that put you behind.
- After level 6 and first item, look to freeze the wave near your side and force him to overextend for farm where you can run him down with R.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't fight him when he has both W and E available, as the Brittle-knockup combo chunks you heavily without counterplay.
- Avoid using R too early in fights - wait until you're actually low since his burst combo can bring you from high HP to execute range quickly.
