Who Wins
- Pre-6, you win this lane if you land hooks because Seraphine has no reliable escape and Jhin's only mobility is his E dash which is short and directional; post-6, the matchup becomes more even because Seraphine's R can peel your engages and Jhin's R punishes you hard if you overextend for a hook.
Synergy & Trading
- Your best trading pattern is to E-flip Jhin or Seraphine into your tower or toward Jinx, then immediately W lantern to let Jinx dash in for a follow-up; do not hook first into a Seraphine W shield, as it will absorb the hook damage and give them a free trade window.
Wave Control/Roaming
- You should not roam aggressively pre-6 because leaving Jinx alone against Jhin's poke and Seraphine's AoE clear will result in a lost tower; post-6, a roam mid is viable only if the wave is frozen near your tower and Jinx can safely hold, which is rarely the case against this poke duo.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not throw hooks randomly into Seraphine's W shield or when Jhin's fourth shot is clearly loaded, because a missed hook on a shielded target gives Jhin a free fourth-shot crit window and you have no defensive cooldowns to mitigate the return damage.
