Who Wins

  • Pre-6, you and Aphelios win the 2v2 because your E slow into Q chain forces Soraka to stand still to heal, making her a secondary hook target, and Jinx cannot reposition to avoid your engage; post-6, your box R combined with Aphelios' R creates a zone that Jinx cannot escape without Flash, and Soraka's global R does not prevent the kill if you burst fast enough.

Synergy & Trading

  • Your best trading pattern is to E Jinx first to slow her, then Q Soraka to separate her from Jinx and prevent the W heal, because killing or zoning Soraka is more valuable than hooking Jinx who has Soraka's healing available; if Soraka burns her W reactively, immediately re-engage on Jinx before the cooldown resets.

Wave Control/Roaming

  • You should not roam pre-6 because Aphelios needs your peel and engage to win trades, and leaving him alone against Jinx's wave push and Soraka's poke puts him at a disadvantage; post-6 you can roam after a successful kill or when Aphelios has a clear wave advantage, but only if the bot lane is shoved into their tower so Jinx cannot freely farm.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Do not throw your Q blindly at Jinx when Soraka is positioned to immediately W her, because the hook cooldown is long enough that Soraka will fully heal the damage before you can follow up; wait for Soraka to use W proactively or be out of position before committing your Q.
