Who Wins
- You dominate pre-6 with range advantage and Q blind shutting down Yone's trading potential completely.
- Post-6 becomes more dangerous as Yone gains R engage range that can bypass your kiting, but proper positioning and W usage still gives you the edge.
How to Trade
- Use Q to blind Yone when he goes for CS or tries to E forward, then auto-attack him while he's blinded and can't retaliate effectively.
- Keep trades short and kite backwards with W when his blind wears off.
Wave Control
- Maintain slow pushes to keep the wave in the middle of the lane where you can poke safely while having escape routes.
- Avoid hard pushing unless you have vision, as Yone becomes much more dangerous with jungle assistance.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't waste Q on minions when Yone has E available, as he can immediately engage on you while it's on cooldown.
- Avoid face-checking bushes or areas without mushroom vision after 6, as Yone's R can catch you from unexpected angles.
