Who Wins
- You dominate pre-6 with your range advantage and Q blind shutting down Jax's auto-attack based trading.
- Post-6 you lose all-ins if Jax successfully gap closes, as his R stats and sustained damage output exceed your burst potential in extended fights.
How to Trade
- Harass with autos when Jax goes for CS, then use Q when he tries to engage with his Q to negate his follow-up damage.
- Always maintain maximum range and use your W movement speed to kite backwards after trading, never allowing extended fights.
Wave Control
- Push the wave constantly to deny Jax CS and maintain lane priority for roaming or objective control.
- Keep the wave in the center or pushed toward his tower to maximize your kiting space and prevent him from using walls for gap closing.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Never let Jax get close without your Q available, as his E-Q combo can chunk you heavily even without the blind.
- Don't waste your Q on poke when Jax has his Q available, as you need it to survive his all-in attempts.
