Who Wins
- You win pre-6 through superior range and poke with Q, as Vladimir has no meaningful way to trade back without taking minion damage.
- Post-6 becomes more volatile as Vladimir's R-E-W combo can threaten lethal if you're caught without proper positioning.
How to Trade
- Your optimal trading pattern is Q poke when Vladimir goes for CS, then immediately back off to avoid his Q sustain trade.
- When he uses W defensively, you can extend trades with Q-E combo since he loses his escape tool.
Wave Control
- Push early waves with Q to establish priority and deny Vladimir's weak early game, but transition to freezing once he hits level 6-9.
- This forces him to overextend for CS while keeping you safe from his all-in potential.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Never use E aggressively without vision or when Vladimir has W available, as getting caught in his R-E combo without your knockback will likely result in death.
- Don't waste mana on meaningless Q poke when he can easily sustain it back.
