  • You lose pre-6 due to Ahri's superior range and your inability to stick to her without ultimate mobility.

How to Trade

  • Your best trading is E1 to gap close, then hold E2 until she uses E to escape - this lets you follow up and land W for sustain.
  • Always try to W immediately after engaging since the heal keeps you healthy for follow-up trades.

Wave Control

  • You want to keep waves in the center or slightly pushed toward her to have room for E engages without tower interference.
  • Avoid letting her freeze near her tower, as this makes your all-ins much riskier and gives her jungler easy gank setup.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Don't waste E on minions for waveclear, as this removes your only reliable engage tool for 12+ seconds early.
  • Also avoid trading without W available, since Ahri's poke will slowly whittle you down without your sustain to offset the damage.
