Who Wins
- You win pre-6 through superior range and sustain, able to poke with Q while healing back Fizz's limited retaliation.
- Post-6 Fizz gains kill pressure with R-Q-W combo, but you can still win if you land E-W-Q and maintain distance.
How to Trade
- Your optimal trading is Q poke when Fizz goes for CS, then immediately back off to avoid his Q gap-close.
- If he commits with Q, you can E-W-Q combo him during his animation lock, but never trade when his E is available.
Wave Control
- Push early levels with Q to establish range advantage and recall timing, then maintain slow push or freeze near your tower.
- Avoid hard shoving post-6 as it gives Fizz easy R angles and jungle gank setup.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Never use E aggressively when Fizz has E available, as he can easily dodge it and all-in you.
- Don't stand in your own minion wave where his R can hit both you and minions for maximum damage.
