Who Wins
- You lose pre-6 due to Anivia's superior range and wave control with Q-E combo that you cannot match.
- Post-6 you win extended trades if you land E-W-Q combo and can sustain through R, but Anivia still has range advantage and can disengage with wall.
How to Trade
- Your best trading pattern is E pull into W-Q combo when Anivia steps up for CS or uses abilities on minions.
- You need to use minions and jungle camps to stack passive fragments before engaging, as raw trades without sustain favor Anivia's burst.
Wave Control
- Push early levels to get priority then look for roams, as you cannot match Anivia's scaling or wave control.
- After 6, maintain slow pushes to build up minion waves that force Anivia to use abilities on CS rather than harass.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't try to match Anivia's poke in lane without your passive stacks ready, as you'll lose the sustain war.
- Avoid fighting in her R zone post-6 without a significant health advantage, as the damage amplification makes extended trades heavily favor her.
