Who Wins
- Varus-Morgana wins pre-6 through superior poke range and Q root setups that you cannot match with your short-range Q poke.
- Post-6 they maintain advantage as Morgana R can lock down either you or Samira while Varus follows up with R, and your R cannot reliably counter-engage due to positioning constraints.
Synergy & Trading
- Use Q-auto on enemy ADC when Samira goes for CS trades, then immediately W for the shield and movement speed to help her disengage.
- Your E movement speed boost should be saved for when Samira commits to extended trades or needs to dodge Morgana Q.
Wave Control/Roaming
- You should roam frequently after level 3, especially when Samira has good wave clear with Q.
- Optimal timings are when the wave is pushing toward enemies and your ADC can safely farm under tower, or after successful recalls when you can impact mid/jungle skirmishes.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Never face-check bushes or walk up for Q poke without vision of Morgana's position, as her Q into Varus follow-up will kill you instantly.
- Avoid using your R defensively too early in teamfights, as Morgana's E can block it and waste your primary engage tool.
