Who Wins

Pre-6, Jinx + Lux win the 2v2 decisively — Lux's root sets up free damage and Jinx's range advantage punishes your short-range Q stacking safely.
Post-6, you gain more agency with your R providing disengage or re-engage potential, but you still lose a straight 2v2 unless Senna has built significant stacks and you have meaningful Q stacks yourself.

Your best trading pattern is to use Senna's W slow to close distance, land your E for the burn, then Q repeatedly while the enemy is slowed — never engage without Senna's CC landing first, as you have no reliable way to stick to targets or escape Lux's root on your own.

You need to stack Q as fast as possible, so prioritize last-hitting with Q over auto-attacks early; push the wave with Senna's help to create recall windows and deny Jinx her preferred poke-under-tower pattern.
Avoid letting the wave freeze near their tower, as Lux can zone you off CS with threat of root while Jinx free-farms.

Do not walk up to trade without knowing where Lux's E is — getting rooted by Lux while Jinx has her chompers placed is a death sentence at almost any point in the laning phase, and your lack of mobility makes escaping that combo nearly impossible.
