Who Wins
- You lose most early trades due to Riven's superior mobility and burst damage, but can start winning extended fights around level 3-4 when you have all basic abilities.
- Post-6 you gain significant kill pressure with R, especially if you can land E into a wall stun first.
How to Trade
- Look for trades when Riven uses Q abilities aggressively - activate Q for empowered autos, then W when she's in range to slow her escape and force extended trades where your sustained damage excels.
- Always try to get your passive stacks up before she can disengage with her mobility.
Wave Control
- Push waves early to get level advantages since Riven can freeze effectively against you, but be ready to give up CS if she has kill pressure.
- After level 6, maintain wave in middle of lane to maximize wall stun opportunities with E.
Mistakes to Avoid
