Who Wins

  • Pre-6, you win the poke war because your Q outranges Miss Fortune's auto-attacks and your E negates her Q entirely, but Leona's level 2 all-in is a genuine kill threat if your E is on cooldown — respect that spike and play back slightly at level 2.
  • Post-6, you do not win a straight 2v2 all-in because Miss Fortune's R combined with Leona's R is more burst than you and Orianna can survive, so you must use your R to disengage and reset rather than fight.

Synergy & Trading

  • Your best pattern is to Q-poke Miss Fortune repeatedly from max range, use E proactively to block her Q when she walks up, and let Orianna's W slow create distance if Leona engages — you are playing a sustained attrition game, not an all-in game.
  • Never let Leona get a free E-Q on you; if she walks up, back off immediately because your E cannot block her physical CC.

Wave Control/Roaming

  • Push the wave hard with your Q and passive to deny Miss Fortune W stacks and keep the wave near their tower, which reduces Leona's roam window and forces Miss Fortune to farm under pressure — a fast-pushing Sivir with Orianna backing her is very difficult for this lane to all-in.
  • Avoid letting the wave bounce back to mid-lane where Leona can roam freely; keep it shoved.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Do not use your E reactively to block Leona's abilities — her E and Q are not blockable projectiles, and wasting E on Orianna's own abilities or Miss Fortune's W means you have no shield when Miss Fortune's Q bounces toward you.
  • Also, never stand still in a cluster with Orianna when Miss Fortune has R available, as that is the exact scenario this lane is designed to punish.
