Who Wins
- You can win short trades pre-6 with max-charge Q poke and W shield, but lose extended fights once Mordekaiser gets passive stacks.
- Post-6 you're heavily disadvantaged since R traps you in extended combat where Mordekaiser excels with stolen stats and passive damage.
How to Trade
- Use max-range Q charges to poke while staying outside his E range, then immediately back off before he can stack passive.
- Only commit to longer trades when you have W shield ready and can follow up with E knockup to disengage.
Wave Control
- Focus on freezing the wave near your tower to safely charge Q without being punished by his E pull.
- Avoid pushing since Mordekaiser can run you down in long lanes and you need minions to block his abilities.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Never fight Mordekaiser in Death Realm without your passive ready, as you'll lose the 1v1 and waste your zombie form.
- Don't try to charge Q in his face since he can easily interrupt it with E pull and stack his passive for free.
