Who Wins
- You lose early 1v1 trades levels 1-3 as Hecarim's Q spam and mobility advantage are too strong.
- At level 6, you still lose the all-in since Hecarim's ultimate provides gap close and fear while your ultimate is easily dodged.
How to Trade
- Your best trading pattern is to charge Q when Hecarim goes for CS, forcing him to either take the knockup or give up the minion.
- Follow up with W shield and E slow if he commits, then disengage immediately.
Wave Control
- You should focus on slow pushing early waves to build minion advantages, then look for Q charges when Hecarim is forced to last hit under pressure.
- Avoid freezing as Hecarim can easily break it with his mobility and jungle proximity.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Never try to match Hecarim's roaming or follow his teleport plays early game.
- Your biggest mistake would be charging Q predictably in open areas where he can easily sidestep and punish you.
