Who Wins
- You win most trades pre-6 through Q poison damage and can disengage with W when Tryndamere tries to all-in.
- Post-6 becomes dangerous as his R negates your damage, but you can still escape and outscale through proxy farming.
How to Trade
- You want to apply Q poison then immediately W and run away, forcing him to either take poison damage chasing or let you disengage for free.
- Never stand still and auto-attack trade, as his sustained damage and crit potential will outdamage you.
Wave Control
- You should look to proxy farm between his first and second tower once you have sufficient mana and health sustain.
- This forces Tryndamere to choose between following you (losing CS) or farming under tower while you get free gold and experience.
Mistakes to Avoid
- You cannot let Tryndamere freeze the wave near his tower, as this makes you vulnerable to ganks and limits your proxy farming opportunities.
- Don't waste W when he doesn't have E up, as you'll need it to escape his gap closer.
