Who Wins
- You win pre-6 through levels 1-3 with superior base stats and Q auto-reset trades, but Yone scales better into the mid-game.
- Post-6 you still have kill pressure if you land E, but Yone's R gives him escape tools and better extended trades with his shield.
How to Trade
- Your best trading pattern is E pull into W haymaker when Yone uses Q3 or E aggressively, as he's locked in animation and can't dodge.
- Follow up with Q auto-reset and disengage before his shield fully charges, as extended trades favor his sustain.
Wave Control
- Push early waves to establish level advantage and zone Yone from CS, but be careful of overextending past level 6 when his gank setup improves.
- Maintain slow pushes to build large waves that force Yone to choose between CS and roam timings.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't waste E on Yone when he has E available, as he can instantly return to safety and negate your engage.
- Avoid fighting in extended trades when his shield is fully charged, as his sustain and DPS will outscale your burst damage.
