Who Wins
- Pre-6 you lose due to Thresh's superior engage range and Ashe's consistent damage output in extended trades.
- Post-6 your R gives strong counter-engage and teamfight presence, but you still struggle in isolated 2v2s.
Synergy & Trading
- Use E to zone Thresh from engaging, then follow up with Q when he's forced to back off.
- When Ezreal lands Q poke, immediately W to sustain and shield, allowing for extended poke wars.
Wave Control/Roaming
- Roam mid after shoving waves when Thresh roams bot, as your R provides excellent gank setup.
- Optimal timing is after level 6 when you have ultimate, typically around 8-10 minutes when mid lane fights occur.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Never waste E defensively unless Thresh is actively engaging, as it's your only tool to prevent his initiation.
- Using E for poke when Thresh Q is available leaves you completely vulnerable to all-ins.
