Pre-6, you and Ahri win this lane — your W slow into E root is the primary setup for Ahri's E, and Jinx's lack of mobility means she eats the full combo.
Post-6, Zilean's R makes it very difficult to close out kills on Jinx, so your win condition shifts to sustained poke and zoning rather than clean all-ins.

Your best trading pattern is using W to slow both enemies, then casting E to root Jinx specifically, giving Ahri a free charm window while Zilean is forced to react with his W or R.
Your Q poke on a stacked wave bouncing between both enemies is also strong for sustained chip damage without committing to a full engage.

You should not roam — your value is in the lane as the setup tool for Ahri's kill pressure, and leaving Ahri in a 1v2 against Jinx's push and Zilean's peel removes your team's primary win condition.
