Who Wins
- You lose most pre-6 trades due to mana constraints and weaker early damage compared to Rumble's heat-based trading.
- Post-6 you still struggle in pure 1v1s, but your scaling potential and ability to create map pressure with R gives you better teamfight value.
How to Trade
- Focus on E-Q poke from max range to proc your passive stacks while staying outside his Q range.
- When he commits with W, use your passive movement speed to kite backwards while weaving in more E-Q combos rather than trying to stand and fight.
Wave Control
- Accept early CS deficits and focus on safe farming with E-Q once you have enough mana to sustain the combo.
- Look to freeze near your tower when possible, as Rumble's heat management makes him vulnerable to ganks when overextended.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't try to match his early aggression or trade auto attacks, as his base damages and heat system give him a significant advantage.
- Avoid using W defensively unless absolutely necessary, as the mana cost is too high for frequent use in laning phase.
