Predicted Jungle Path

  • Volibear typically starts bot side for better leash, does full clear into scuttle, then looks for level 4 ganks on overextended lanes.
  • He'll prioritize farming to 6 quickly since his R gives him massive teamfight presence and tower diving potential.

Invade or Not

  • Avoid invading Volibear early as he wins most 1v1s pre-6 and has better sustain with W.
  • Your best invade timing is post-6 when you have item advantage, targeting his krugs or gromp when you know his position on the opposite side of the map.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Don't try to trade autos with Volibear in extended fights as his W passive stacks will out-sustain your damage.
  • Avoid fighting him near walls or in jungle chokes where his Q becomes unavoidable and he can chain CC you to death.
