Who Wins
- You lose early trades pre-6 due to Brand's superior range and poke damage, but can potentially all-in him at level 3 with full combo if he mispositions.
- Post-6, you win the 1v1 if you can gap close successfully, as your burst combo with R can kill him faster than his full rotation.
How to Trade
- Your best trading pattern is to use E to absorb his Q or W, then immediately engage with Q1-W-Q2-Q3-AA combo before disengaging.
- Never trade without your E shield available, as Brand's passive burn damage will chunk you heavily in extended trades.
Wave Control
- Push the wave early levels to hit level 3 first for kill pressure, then look to freeze near your tower to force Brand to overextend for CS.
- Avoid slow pushing as Brand can easily waveclear with W-E and poke you while you're stuck in minions.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Never engage without your E available, as Brand's Q stun will guarantee his full combo and likely kill you.
- Don't chase through minion waves where his E can bounce and amplify his damage output significantly.
