Pre-6, Lulu + Twitch wins this lane and you cannot change that outcome — your W and Q provide some poke and disengage threat, but Lulu's polymorph and Twitch's poison output simply outpace what Yunara can do before she has her R.
Post-6, your R becomes the single most important ability in the matchup — if you land it on Twitch while he is buffed by Lulu's R, the fight ends immediately in your favor regardless of health totals.

Your best pattern is to use your Q to poke Lulu specifically, not Twitch — Lulu is the enabler and forcing her to play defensively delays her E and W usage, which gives Yunara more room to trade.
When Yunara activates her R, immediately look to W Twitch or Lulu to bait out their commitments, then hold your R for the moment Lulu uses her R on Twitch so you can punish the all-in.

You should not roam aggressively because Yunara is immobile pre-6 and leaving her alone against Twitch's stealth and Lulu's peel is a death sentence for your ADC.
The only roam timing worth considering is after a successful level 6 all-in where both enemies are low or dead — your W can be used to set up a mid gank quickly, but only if Yunara has enough health and wave control to survive alone for 15–20 seconds.

Do not use your R reactively when Twitch is not yet committed to a fight — if you cast it too early, Lulu can simply disengage with her W speed boost and your R goes to waste on a fight that never happened.
Avoid standing in predictable positions near the wave; Twitch's Q stealth means he can walk up to you without warning, and you have no mobility to escape a point-blank R from him.
