Who Wins

Pre-6, Twitch + Leona wins most 2v2s because Leona's level 2 all-in with E+Q is faster and more reliable than your engage, and Twitch's poison stacks punish you during the setup animation.
Post-6, you gain meaningful parity because your R into W combo can disrupt Leona's engage and your CC chain with Samira's R becomes lethal.

Your best pattern is to W-mount into Leona when she overextends her E, immediately Q to stun her, then dismount to root both enemies so Samira can freecast her combo.
Never initiate into Leona's E — wait for her to commit first, then punish the cooldown window.

You have no wave control tools, so let Samira manage the wave while you position aggressively in brush to threaten engage.
Pushing the wave fast is counterproductive here because it gives Leona free all-in angles under their tower where Twitch's poison sustains the fight.

Do not attempt to engage when Leona's E is available and she is standing at max range — her engage speed beats yours and you will eat the full Leona combo before your CC lands.
Patience is mandatory; your win condition is reacting to their initiation, not racing to engage first.
