  • You lose scuttle fights at level 3 due to Rengar's superior burst damage and ability to stack ferocity for empowered abilities.
  • From level 6, you can win 1v1s if you land Q to engage and force him to fight in your W, but only if he doesn't have bushes nearby for leap resets.

Predicted Jungle Path

  • Rengar typically starts bot side for a full clear into top scuttle, looking for early gank opportunities on overextended lanes.
  • He may also do a 3-camp clear into invade if he spots you starting opposite side, as his early dueling is stronger.

Invade or Not

  • Avoid invading Rengar early game as he outdamages you significantly in direct confrontations before your first back.
  • Your best invade timing is post-6 when you have R available and can catch him in open jungle without bush access.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Don't chase Rengar through areas with multiple bushes as his Q resets and mobility will allow him to kite and burst you down.
  • Avoid face-checking bushes without vision as his leap engage combined with ferocity stacks can delete you before you can react with W.
