Who Wins
- Pre-6: Vayne-Anivia wins due to Anivia's superior range and poke while your engage is limited by Vayne's Q mobility.
- Post-6: You win decisively as your R-W combo becomes nearly unavoidable and Anivia's R creates follow-up zone control.
Synergy & Trading
- Look for R-W-Q combos when Vayne uses Q aggressively or is positioned near walls where she can't tumble to safety.
- Your best trades happen when Varus can follow up with E-Q after your knockup lands.
Wave Control/Roaming
- You should roam frequently after level 6, especially when Varus has wave control or recalls.
- Optimal timings are when enemy bot recalls, when mid is gankable, or when objectives are spawning in 30-60 seconds.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Never W without R post-6 unless it's a guaranteed kill, as Vayne will simply Q away and you'll be left vulnerable.
