Who Wins
- You win pre-6 through superior engage potential with W, as Bard's Q is less reliable for disengage than your gap-close.
- Post-6 your R+W combo becomes much stronger for picks, while Bard's R is more defensive and less impactful in straight 2v2s.
Synergy & Trading
- Look for W engages when Zeri is CSing or when Bard is positioned away from her.
- Follow up immediately with Q for sustain and E back to Caitlyn, allowing her to follow with traps and headshot damage.
Wave Control/Roaming
- Roam after successful recalls or when Zeri is low and forced to back.
- Best timings are level 3-4 when you have full combo available, or post-6 when your R guarantees successful ganks mid.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't W in without confirming Bard's Q is on cooldown or he's out of position to follow up.
- Avoid staying in melee range after your combo as you'll take too much damage from Zeri's sustained Q spam.
