Who Wins

Pre-6, Miss Fortune and Nautilus win the 2v2 — Nautilus's hook chain into Miss Fortune's passive burst is faster and more reliable than your hook setup, and you cannot sustain through their poke.
Post-6, your R execute combined with Yunara's R sustained damage creates a lethal combo, but you need to land your hook on Miss Fortune specifically since she is the squishier and more immobile target.

Use your E to reposition aggressively and bait Nautilus into wasting his hook on you, then immediately hook Miss Fortune while Nautilus is on cooldown — Yunara can follow up with her W slow to prevent escape.
Do not try to all-in when Nautilus has his hook available; instead, poke with Q from max range and wait for him to misposition.

You should roam aggressively post-6 because your R resets on kills and Yunara can hold the lane with her ranged poke — look to roam mid after a successful kill or when the wave is pushing toward Miss Fortune's tower.
Optimal timing is level 6 with R available, as a successful mid roam gives you gold advantage and map pressure that compensates for losing the 2v2 in lane.

Do not hook Nautilus — he will simply chain his own CC on top of yours and you waste your primary engage tool on the tankiest target.
Always target Miss Fortune with your hook, as she has no mobility and your execute threshold is easier to reach on her than on Nautilus.
