Who Wins
- You lose levels 1-6 in straight 1v1s due to his superior sustain, damage output, and Q knockups that counter your engage attempts.
- Your win condition is roaming to other lanes and securing kills with R executes elsewhere - you cannot match him in lane, so prioritize map impact over trying to fight him directly.
How to Trade
- Focus on short Q-tap poke then immediately W stealth away - never commit to extended trades as his E omnivamp and passive healing negate your damage.
- Only look for all-ins when your jungler ganks or when he's extremely low and has wasted abilities - even then, bait his abilities before committing your E or Q.
Wave Control
- Maintain wave near your tower to safely farm and setup roam timings without giving him free poke or all-in windows in extended lanes.
- Shove and roam when he recalls or wastes abilities on wave - your value comes from cross-map plays, not trying to match him in lane where he dominates.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Never dive him under tower even with jungle help - his Q knockups and sustain combined with tower aggro easily turn dives into deaths for your team.
- Avoid using E or charged Q predictably as he sidesteeps and punishes with full Q combo - save your CC for guaranteed setups or when he's already CC'd by your jungler.
