Who Wins
- You win most early trades through your W Brittle application followed by E knockup, as Cho'Gath lacks mobility to avoid this combo.
- Post-6, you maintain advantage since your R provides better all-in potential and escape options compared to Cho'Gath's more telegraphed R execution.
How to Trade
- Look to W through minions to hit Cho'Gath with the Brittle proc, then immediately E forward for the knockup and enhanced auto attack damage.
- Space properly after trades since Cho'Gath will look to Q you during your retreat, and use your passive shield timing to absorb his return damage.
Wave Control
- Push early waves to establish priority since you have better waveclear with W, but be mindful of Cho'Gath's Q range when stepping up.
- After level 6, maintain slow pushes to build large waves that force Cho'Gath to choose between farming under tower or losing CS to roam.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't use E aggressively without your W Brittle setup, as you'll be stuck in melee range without your key damage amplifier.
- Avoid fighting in large minion waves where Cho'Gath can heal significantly off his passive, and don't waste your R for poke since you need it for all-ins or escapes.
