Scuttle Contest
- You lose early scuttle fights since your Q is easily dodged and you lack hard CC, while Viego has sustain and a reliable stun with W.
- From level 6, you only win 1v1s if you land Q in open areas and he doesn't have minions or monsters to reset with - force fights away from camps and lanes.
Predicted Jungle Path
- Viego will likely start opposite side and look for early invades or scuttle contests around 3:15, then transition to ganking lanes with low mobility.
- He'll prioritize taking your camps when you're ganking and will look for resets in skirmishes near minion waves.
Invade or Not
- Avoid invading early as you lose most 1v1 scenarios and he has better sustain for extended fights.
- Your best opportunity is counter-invading when he's low after ganking, but only if you can catch him without his W available and away from enemy minions.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't contest early objectives or scuttle crabs without significant team support since you lose isolated fights.
- Avoid ganking when enemy minions are nearby as his passive resets can turn fights, and don't use R for ganks when he's missing as he can easily counter-gank with superior dueling.
