Scuttle Contest
- You lose scuttle fights at level 3 due to Nunu's superior sustain from Q and stronger early game damage with E-W combo.
- From level 6, you can win 1v1s if you land E root first and follow with R-Q burst before he can R away or sustain through the damage.
Predicted Jungle Path
- Nunu typically starts bot side for better leash, clears krugs-raptors-wolves-gromp-blue-scuttle, then looks for ganks or invades your jungle.
- He may also do a full clear into level 4 gank on your bot lane around 3:15-3:30.
Invade or Not
- Avoid invading Nunu early as his Q sustain and E-W damage make him stronger in jungle skirmishes before level 6.
- If you must invade, wait until level 6+ and target his krugs/gromp when you know he's on the opposite side of the map.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't try to out-sustain or out-damage Nunu in extended fights early game, as his Q healing and base damages are superior.
- Avoid face-checking bushes where he might be charging W, as the knockup into E slow makes escaping very difficult.
