Who Wins
- You lose early trades but can survive the laning phase since Zaahen lacks reliable poke to prevent your Q stacking.
- Post-6, you still struggle in all-ins due to Zaahen's burst potential with R and revive passive, but you can start winning if you build armor and avoid extended fights when they have max Determination stacks.
How to Trade
- Focus on short trades using W slow to disengage after landing Q, avoiding Zaahen's W pull which sets up their full combo.
- Never commit to extended trades when they have high Determination stacks, as their doubled AD bonus makes them extremely dangerous in prolonged fights.
Wave Control
- Freeze the wave near your tower to safely stack Q while forcing Zaahen to overextend for trades or CS.
- Push only when you have a significant item advantage or when Zaahen recalls, as they excel at punishing you in the middle of the lane.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't try to match Zaahen's aggression in extended trades, especially when they have Determination stacks built up.
- Avoid fighting near their minion wave where their W can pull you into a disadvantageous position while also hitting minions.
