Who Wins
- You lose levels 1-3 heavily and should focus purely on survival and last-hitting with Q when possible.
- At level 6, you gain significant dueling power with your ultimate's resistances and can start trading more aggressively, though Tryndamere still has the edge in extended fights.
How to Trade
- You should use W slow when he engages, then land a Q and immediately back off to avoid extended trades.
- Only commit to longer trades post-6 with your ultimate active, and always try to fight in your minion wave for additional damage reduction.
Wave Control
- You want to let him push into you early so you can safely stack Q under tower while avoiding his all-ins.
- Once you have Sheen and some stacks, you can start slow pushing to build up minion waves for better trades.
Mistakes to Avoid
- You cannot afford to take extended trades early game without your ultimate, as his sustained damage will overwhelm you.
- Never waste your W slow defensively when you could use it to secure Q stacks on him during favorable trades.
