Who Wins
- Pre-6 you win trades through superior range and sustain, but post-6 Malzahar's R completely shuts down your engage potential.
- The matchup shifts heavily in their favor once Malzahar hits 6 due to his point-and-click lockdown.
Synergy & Trading
- Look for Q bubbles when Varus lands Q poke or when enemies step up to last hit, then follow with W bounce and E buff on Varus.
