Who Wins
- Pre-6 you lose if Alistar lands W-Q combo but can win poke trades with W bounces and Q follow-up when positioned safely.
- Post-6 the matchup stays similar since both ultimates are impactful but Alistar's engage becomes more reliable.
Synergy & Trading
- Start trades with W bounce through your ADC to damage enemies and heal yourself, then look for Q on slowed targets.
- Use E on your ADC during extended trades for the slow and damage amplification.
Wave Control/Roaming
- Roam when your ADC can safely farm under tower and you have river vision, typically after successful recalls or when enemies back.
- Best timings are level 3-4 for mid ganks or level 6+ for jungle skirmishes with your ultimate.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't stand in Alistar's W range when he has Q available - position behind minions and your ADC.
- Avoid using Q predictively without setup since good players will sidestep it easily.
