LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, Talon wins most extended trades because his W deals heavy burst damage and his passive armor shred compounds over hits, making your pack-assisted all-ins risky unless you land Q to close the gap cleanly; post-6, Talon's R lets him disengage or reset the fight on his terms, and your R is more of a repositioning tool than a true duel-winner, so he still edges you in a straight 1v1 unless you're significantly ahead.
How to Trade
- Your best pattern is to poke with Q from max range to proc bleed, let your packmates chip him down, then commit to a full all-in only when he has used W offensively and it's on cooldown — trading into his W active is a losing exchange every time.
Wave Control
- Push the wave hard and look to roam after shoving, since your R gives you strong engage on side lanes; you don't want to sit in a slow, sustained lane against Talon because he outscales you in short repeated trades and can match your roam speed with his E and R mobility.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not walk up to trade without confirming your packmates are alive and nearby — losing them mid-trade strips your damage and tankiness simultaneously, and Talon will punish the window between your pack respawn with aggressive short trades that you cannot win alone.
