- You lose levels 1-3 due to Kennen's range advantage and your limited gap-close options early.
- At level 6, you become the stronger duelist as your R provides reliable engage and execution damage that Kennen cannot easily escape.
How to Trade
- Your best trading pattern is to Q forward when Kennen uses abilities on minions, then use the return Q and passive dogs to force extended trades.
- Always look to all-in when your passive is stacked as the dogs provide significant damage.
Wave Control
- Allow Kennen to push early, then look to freeze the wave near your tower where you can run him down.
- Once you have R, you can contest pushes more aggressively and look for all-in opportunities.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't waste Q poke without follow-up as Kennen will simply sustain and maintain distance.
- Missing your Q engage when your passive dogs are ready wastes your primary trading window and leaves you vulnerable to his poke.
