Who Wins

  • Pre-6: You win by blocking Alistar's engage with E and out-poking with W and Q.
  • Post-6: You maintain control through disengage and pick potential with R-Q combos.

Synergy & Trading

  • Use Q when Alistar is animation-locked in his combo or when enemies are slowed by your W.
  • Your E should primarily save Ziggs from Alistar engages rather than blocking Ashe's damage.

Wave Control/Roaming

  • You should roam when the wave is pushed and Ziggs can handle the 1v2 safely.
  • Optimal timings are after landing Q on an enemy, when mid lane is overextended, or for objective setups.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Don't use E preemptively as good Alistars will bait it out before engaging.
  • Avoid using R aggressively in lane unless you have a guaranteed follow-up as you need it for peel.
