LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, this lane is roughly even with a slight disadvantage — Senna's long-range poke and Tristana's range advantage make it hard to walk up for your W, and a missed binding means you eat free damage.
- Post-6, your R becomes a massive threat in a 2v2 because you can chain your W root into R tether, but Tristana's E can knock Vayne out of your R radius, which is a real counterplay they will use.
Synergy & Trading
- Your trading pattern is to use E on Vayne proactively before walking up to attempt W, so you don't get burst down while casting.
- Land W on either target, then let Vayne follow up — your job is to enable her true damage, not to deal damage yourself in short trades.
Wave Control/Roaming
- You should not roam aggressively in this matchup — Vayne is immobile and leaving her alone against Tristana and Senna is a death sentence.
- The only acceptable roam timing is after you have secured a kill bot lane and the wave is slow-pushing toward the enemy tower, giving Vayne a safe window.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not waste your W trying to hit Senna through minions when Tristana is the primary kill target — Tristana is the damage threat and rooting her is what creates kills.
- Also, avoid using your E reactively after you've already taken damage; use it preemptively when you're about to walk into Senna's poke range.
