Who Wins
- Pre-6 you win if you land Q first due to Lucian's follow-up damage, but lose if Brand lands his combo first.
- Post-6 Brand's R makes teamfights dangerous, but your spell shield still wins isolated 2v2s by blocking his initiation.
Synergy & Trading
- Use Q when Brand steps up to harass or when Ezreal uses E aggressively, then let Lucian follow up with full combo.
- Save spell shield for Brand's Q to completely negate his burst potential.
Wave Control/Roaming
- Roam mid after pushing waves or when Brand roams first, as your Q setup is valuable for ganks.
