Who Wins

Pre-6, Karma's shield and empowered Q sustain make it very difficult to win trades even if you land your E, because she can shield Jhin through your W damage and heal him back; Jhin's W can also interrupt your E channel if you're not careful.
Post-6, your R is a strong teamfight tool but Karma's R-empowered movement speed and Jhin's R can kite you out before your R detonates, so you need to flash or close distance smartly.

Your best pattern is to bait out Karma's mantra with a W placed in the wave, then immediately attempt your E when she has no empowered ability ready; once your E lands, drop W on the rooted target and let Jinx auto-attack freely while your Black Shield protects Jinx from any Karma CC follow-up.

You should not roam aggressively because Jinx has zero mobility and leaving her alone against Jhin and Karma is a death sentence; the only valid roam timing is after a successful kill in lane or when the wave is slow-pushed under their tower and Jinx is safe recalling.

Do not waste your E on Karma when Jhin is the primary threat — Jhin's W root is the ability that will kill Jinx, so prioritize Black Shield on Jinx when Jhin's W is incoming rather than trying to bind Karma who has more mobility to dodge anyway.
