Who Wins
- You win pre-6 through Q threat zones that prevent Alistar engages and superior range with Jhin.
- Post-6 becomes riskier as Alistar's R removes your E shield, but your Q can still interrupt his combo if timed correctly.
Synergy & Trading
- Use W to zone and poke when enemies are locked in animation or farming, and save Q for when Alistar commits to engage.
- Your E should primarily protect Jhin from Alistar's W-Q combo rather than random poke.
Wave Control/Roaming
- Roam when you have lane priority and vision control, typically after successful poke phases or when Jhin can safely farm alone.
- Best timings are levels 4-6 when your Q duration is meaningful for ganks.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't waste Q on minions or obvious dodges as it's your primary tool against Alistar engages.
