Who Wins
- You win most pre-6 trades once you land E to pull Yasuo in, as he cannot effectively kite your passive aura damage and Q follow-up.
- Post-6 you dominate the 1v1 since R removes his minion wave for dashing and steals his stats, making him unable to match your sustained damage output.
How to Trade
- Look to land E when Yasuo uses Q3 tornado or commits to extended trades, then follow with Q and auto attacks to proc your passive.
- Once your passive is active, chase him down with the movement speed boost since he has limited escape options without minions nearby.
Wave Control
- Push waves early to deny Yasuo minions for mobility, but be prepared to thin the wave before major trades since large minion waves favor his extended fighting.
- After level 6, manipulate waves to create isolated fights where you can R him away from minion safety.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't waste E when Yasuo has his W windwall up, as it blocks the pull and leaves you vulnerable to his all-in.
- Avoid fighting in large minion waves pre-6 where he can dash freely and extend trades while avoiding your damage zones.
