Who Wins

  • Pre-6: Teemo wins through superior range and Q blind negating your auto-attacks, making it difficult to proc passive or land meaningful trades.
  • Post-6: You win decisively as R forces Teemo into melee range where he cannot kite, and stolen stats make you nearly unkillable in Death Realm.

How to Trade

  • Look for E pulls when Teemo steps up for CS or poke, immediately following with Q and auto-attacks to proc passive before he can disengage.
  • Use W preemptively before trades to absorb his poison damage, then reactivate for healing after securing passive proc.

Wave Control

  • Push waves aggressively with Q to force Teemo under tower where he's more vulnerable to E pulls and jungle ganks.
  • Accept some poke damage early while building towards your level 6 power spike, using W shield and healing to sustain through his harassment.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Don't chase Teemo through minion waves pre-6 as you'll take excessive minion and poison damage while he kites you with superior movement speed.
  • Avoid using R on Teemo when he has W movement speed active, as he can potentially survive the duration and escape when Death Realm ends.
