Who Wins
- You win most trades pre-6 through superior base stats and sustained damage, but Kayn can disengage with Q mobility before you proc passive.
- Post-6 you dominate since R forces extended fights where you stat-check him with stolen stats and passive aura damage.
How to Trade
- Look for E pulls when Kayn uses Q aggressively, then follow with Q for isolated damage and auto attacks to stack passive.
- Once passive procs, chase with the movement speed boost while your aura burns him down in the extended trade.
Wave Control
- Push early levels to establish lane priority since Kayn has limited wave clear without transformation.
- After 6, maintain slow pushes to create opportunities for R picks when he overextends for CS or jungle skirmishes.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't waste R on Kayn when he has W available, as he can heal significantly during the Death Realm duration.
