Who Wins

  • You lose early trades due to Graves' burst and mobility, but post-6 you win all-ins in R since he can't kite effectively in the confined space.
  • Your passive proc timing becomes crucial as Graves will try to burst and dash away before you can stack it.

How to Trade

  • Look for E pulls when Graves uses E aggressively or is near minions, then immediately W for the shield and walk him down with passive stacks.
  • Avoid extended trades without passive up since his sustained DPS with autos and Q reloads will outdamage you without your aura.

Wave Control

  • Push waves hard with Q to force Graves into awkward positions since he struggles to farm under tower early.
  • Keep the wave in the center or slightly pushed to have space for extended trades where your passive and W sustain shine.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Don't waste R on Graves when he has E available and full health, as he can still kite you effectively even in Death Realm.
  • Avoid fighting in his minion waves where his Q can hit multiple targets for maximum damage and push the wave simultaneously.
