Who Wins
- Pre-6 you dominate with superior range and Q poke while Vladimir can only sustain with Q, giving you consistent trading advantage.
- Post-6 becomes more dangerous as Vladimir gains kill pressure, but you can still win if you respect his flash-R range and use W timing correctly.
How to Trade
- Poke with Q whenever Vladimir goes for CS, then use your passive-enhanced autos to stack Overwhelm when he's in range.
- If he tries to all-in, use W to reflect his E damage and gain movement speed to kite backward while continuing to stack Overwhelm.
Wave Control
- Use Q to push waves and establish priority, forcing Vladimir to last-hit under tower where he's more vulnerable to jungle ganks.
- Maintain vision control and look to roam with your superior waveclear advantage.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't waste W on minor poke trades, save it for when Vladimir commits with his full combo or when you need the movement speed to escape.
- Avoid fighting in melee range without Overwhelm stacks built up, as Vladimir's sustain and burst can overwhelm you in extended close-range fights.
