Scuttle Contest
- You lose early scuttle fights at level 3 unless Viego misses his W stun, as his sustain and crowd control give him the advantage.
- From level 6, you win 1v1s if you can Alpha Strike to dodge his ultimate and have Meditate to sustain through his damage rotation.
Predicted Jungle Path
- Viego will likely start bot side, look for early gank opportunities around level 3-4, then transition into power farming or invading.
- He's more gank-focused than you early game and will try to snowball lanes before you scale.
Invade or Not
- You should not invade Viego early game as he wins most 1v1 encounters and has better sustain.
- Your best opportunity is post-6 when you have Alpha Strike and Meditate, but only invade if you know he's low health or on the opposite side of the map.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Never fight Viego when he has minions or jungle monsters nearby for Q sustain and possession targets.
- Avoid extended trades early game and don't let him land free W stuns by positioning predictably near walls or in narrow jungle paths.
