LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, Tryndamere wins most extended trades due to his passive fury stacking, E slow, and raw AD scaling — your W can block some damage but you cannot sustain through his consistent pressure; post-6, your R gives you enough mobility and reset potential to threaten him, but his R makes killing him in a single window nearly impossible unless he is already low.
How to Trade
- Your best pattern is to use Q to dodge his E slow or a critical hit, then immediately W to absorb his burst window, and disengage rather than committing to a full trade — only all-in when his R is confirmed on cooldown and you have enough AD to burst him before he heals back.
Wave Control
- Push the wave fast with your Q to deny him the slow-push setup he wants, then look to roam or contest objectives — sitting in a static lane against Tryndamere lets him stack fury freely and dictates when trades happen on his terms.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not use W reactively to just tank damage and then continue trading — Tryndamere's sustained DPS will outlast your W window if you stay in melee range, and committing to a full fight while his R is available means you will never get the kill regardless of how well you play.
